Job summary

LVMH is seeking a Financial Analyst for Southeast Asia to support FP&A activities, provide financial information to directors and shareholders, and grow towards an FP&A Manager role. Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in a financial function.

Responsibilities

• Financial analysis, reporting and business partnering (60%).
• System maintenance (20%).
• Management reports (15%).
• Operation Excellence (5%).
• MH actual closing and Forecast: Prepare Southeast Asia financial reporting as required by management.
• Monthly A&P tracker: predict YTG in rolling forecast and lead monthly presentations.
• Monthly Overhead analysis: prepare monthly overhead reports of each market.
• Act as the Controlling Key User in SAP and Topaz and update templates after OTL change.
• Coordinate with maisons, region and consolidation team to ensure smooth communication and advise on potential impact and solution.
• Adopt new systems and ensure knowledge transfer within the team (PowerBI, ANAPLAN, Qliksense), seize automation opportunities.
• Prepare presentation for monthly and quarterly management presentations.
• Prepare Ad-hoc presentation and analysis template for business and review purpose.
• Manage or support new projects to go beyond the recurring.
