Job summary

Fresh, the LVMH skincare brand, is seeking a Regional Business Controller for SEA Oceania to drive FP&A, consolidation, and business partnering across markets (Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia).

You will lead monthly closings, budgeting, forecasts, and cost controls, partner with regional heads, analyze profitability by customer/subsidiary, and support strategic decisions with insightful financial analytics.

Qualifications

• At least 5-8 years of Business Controlling and/or Audit experience.
• Business Financial or Accounting degree or related.
• Experience in luxury, FMCG, beauty or retail and regional role will be preferred.
• Strong experience in a financial position within an international group.
• Team player with excellent communication skills and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional/country BU teams on ROI analysis and decision support.
• Provide monthly closing analysis and forecasts with KPI monitoring.
• Lead budgeting process and 3-year plan coordination with stakeholders.
• Drive internal control improvements and FP&A project implementations.
• Report risks and opportunities to regional and HQ management.
