Job summary

Richemont is seeking an FP&A Analyst/Executive to join our SEAO finance team in Singapore. You will support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analyses across the region, delivering actionable insights to optimise performance.

This role requires rigorous Excel skills, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to drive efficiency in FP&A processes. You will work closely with business units to consolidate budgets, track variances, and prepare management reports, ensuring accuracy

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years’ experience in budgeting, financial reporting, FP&A, or finance operations.
• Strong Excel skills with Pivot Tables and lookup functions; familiarity with SAP, BI, Looker.
• Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple deadlines independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and consolidate monthly financial reports and submissions.
• Support annual budget planning, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Conduct financial analysis including variance analysis and KPI monitoring to drive insights.
• Drive process improvements in FP&A and support regional finance projects.
• Perform data extraction, reconciliation, and ad hoc financial analyses as needed.
