Job summary

Turkish Airlines Incorporated is seeking a senior regional cargo leader to drive commercial, operational, and financial coordination across South East Asia. You will shape revenue growth, develop key accounts, and align with Top Management and Head Office on strategy and budgets.

You will lead cross-functional teams, set KPIs, and drive regional initiatives across sales, operations, and finance while ensuring compliance with company standards. Fluency in Turkish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, aviation, logistics, supply chain, finance or related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in aviation, air cargo, freight forwarding or logistics.
• Senior leadership experience across multiple countries or markets.
• Fluent in Turkish and English, with strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional cargo sales strategy to achieve revenue, volume and profitability targets across SEA.
• Collaborate with Top Management and Head Office to set sales strategies, targets, budgets, and commercial initiatives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, trade lanes, markets, customers, and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, freight forwarders, agents, and partners.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and capacity to optimize regional yield and revenue.
• Oversee regional cargo financial performance, budgets, and performance reporting.
• Coordinate regional marketing strategies to enhance cargo presence and market position.
