Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for Singapore’s retail and select office roles. You will build proactive pipelines, partner with store leaders and HR teams, and ensure a thoughtful candidate journey across SEAA regions.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality hiring, market insights and continuous improvement within the SEAA TA community, while maintaining strong governance and process discipline.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of talent acquisition experience with exposure to retail, luxury, hospitality or customer-facing environments.
• Experience managing end-to-end and volume recruitment across multiple vacancies.
• Strong sourcing, pipelining and offer management capabilities.
• Able to partner with hiring managers and influence with market insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Singapore retail and selected office roles.
• Build proactive pipelines and manage candidate experience across stages.
• Partner with hiring managers and P&O teams to shape hiring plans.
• Collaborate with regional TA peers to ensure consistency and governance.
• Utilize data and market insights to improve delivery and outcomes.
