CHANEL Singapore is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for retail roles in Singapore and provide selective support for office hiring. You will partner with leaders and P&O teams to understand workforce needs and deliver a thoughtful candidate journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Approximately 4 to 8 years of talent acquisition experience, with meaningful exposure to retail, luxury, hospitality, consumer or other customer-facing environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end and volume recruitment across multiple concurrent vacancies.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Singapore retail positions, from intake to onboarding handover.
• Support selected office recruitment based on market and regional priorities.
• Partner with hiring managers and P&O teams to understand workforce needs, vacancies, timelines and requirements.
• Translate hiring needs into sourcing and selection plans balancing quality and speed.
• Active management of pipelines for recurring, volume, and business-critical roles.
