Job summary

Unison Group seeks an experienced Scrum Master to lead complex business and technology initiatives in Singapore. The ideal candidate has 10+ years delivering large-scale programs and a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors.

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams toward higher maturity, and remove impediments to ensure on-time delivery. This role emphasizes transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate as Scrum Master for one or more Agile squads and drive adoption of Agile principles.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective and Backlog Refinement.
• Coach teams to improve Agile maturity and remove impediments.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks impacting delivery and productivity.
• Promote transparency, accountability and continuous learning across the organization.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from inception to implementation.
• Coordinate with Product Owner, Architecture, Engineering, Testing, Operations and Vendors.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, milestones, dependencies and release schedules.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks and delivery challenges.

Responsibilities

Agile Delivery

• Operate as Scrum Master for one or more Agile squads, ensuring effective adoption and execution of Agile principles, values, and practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective and Backlog Refinement.
• Drive Agile maturity across squads through continuous coaching, assessments, and improvement initiatives.
• Identify and remove impediments, blockers, and bottlenecks impacting team productivity and delivery outcomes.
• Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, continuous learning and improvement.

Timeline Management and Coordination

• Lead end-to-end delivery of business and technology initiatives from inception through implementation.
• Partner with Product Owner, Architecture, Engineering, Testing, Operations, and Vendors to coordinate successful delivery outcomes.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and release schedules.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery challenges to ensure successful execution.
