Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Material Science or related fields
• Strong leadership and communications skills to drive business objectives
• Experience with IT engineering and manufacturing technologies (e.g., microfluidics, fluid mechanics)
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Desire to automate end-to-end quality processes

Responsibilities

• Sustain and implement end-to-end CMG processes: sourcing, receiving, compliance tracking, internal clearance and inventory control
• Lead QA processes and SOPs related to material handling, CAPA, and internal audits
• Oversee import/export and troubleshoot with vendors and regional centers
• Address procurement-to-payment compliance audits and daily operations support
• Manage external partners to run material handling systems and processes
• Update QA agreements and align OU budgeting
• Transform CMG processes with digital and automated solutions
