Job summary

CuspAI is seeking a Scientific Product Manager to bring partner labs and their experimental workflows onto the platform. You will work with materials scientists, ML researchers and engineers to translate lab needs into implementable requirements and drive end-to-end onboarding and campaigns.

You will collaborate across product, data and engineering teams, ensuring data provenance, instrument integrations, and LIMS/ELN connections are robust. This role may be based in Singapore with some travel.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent experimental research experience.
• Hands-on experience with high-throughput or automated experimentation in industry, national labs, or academia.
• Ability to translate scientific needs into engineer-ready requirements and validate lab outcomes.
• Understanding of how experimental data is produced, metadata, provenance, and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Shape and prioritise the roadmap for experimental data, protocols, and campaigns on the CuspAI platform.
• Write requirements and acceptance criteria for engineers, covering experiment types and instrument integrations.
• Lead onboarding of partner labs from scoping to first closed-loop campaign, documenting reusable patterns.
