PatSnap in Singapore seeks an engineering leader to own the technical roadmap and strengthen data, search foundations, and the engineering team behind them. You will drive data ingestion, parsing, normalisation, knowledge modelling, indexing and retrieval, while shaping the production-grade data platform.

You will build and manage a multidisciplinary team spanning data, AI and software engineering, define standards for reliability and cost, and partner with product managers and materials experts

Qualificações

• Must have strong experience leading data-intensive engineering teams.
• Ability to define and execute technical roadmaps for complex platforms.
• Proven track record in data quality, indexing and relevance.
