Patsnap, Singapore office, seeks a Semiconductor Materials Specialist to join our AI-enabled materials team. You will be a core domain expert for lithography and etch materials, partnering with AI engineers and product teams to build standardized databases and data pipelines for semiconductor reverse engineering.

You will analyze patents and literature to extract and structure material data, design unified templates, and drive data governance to ensure quality and scalability across platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of practical experience in photoresist, etch materials, or related fields.
• Ability to analyze patents, literature, and data to extract structured information.
• Strong understanding of lithography and etch process flows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as domain authority for lithography and etch materials within AI products.
• Analyze patents and literature to reconstruct material formulations and parameters.
• Design and maintain data extraction templates and field specs.
• Clean, normalize, and standardize process and materials data for AI models.
• Establish data entry specifications, quality criteria, and version control.
• Conduct comparative analysis to identify traits and trade-offs.
• Transfer domain knowledge to AI and product teams.
