Moleac Pte Ltd, a fast-growing biopharmaceutical company headquartered in Singapore, seeks an Associate Product Manager to shape scientific events and engagement initiatives. You will collaborate with KOLs, Medical and Marketing teams to design impactful programmes supporting strategic and commercial goals.

Responsibilities include developing event strategy, coordinating programmes, building a global speaker network, and measuring ROI with KPIs.

Competenze

• Degree in Pharmacy/Science; postdoctorate would be a plus.
• Strong scientific acumen.
• Excellent English communication.
• Analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to build relationships with Healthcare Professionals, and work cross-functionally with Medical, Sales and Regulatory teams.

Mansioni

• Develop strategy and objectives for scientific events aligned with marketing and scientific plan.
• Coordinate scientific programmes with KOLs, speakers, Medical and Marketing teams.
• Identify, engage and maintain strong relationships with local and international KOLs and speakers.
• Plan events from concept through post-event follow-up to ensure impact.
• Establish KPIs and monitor engagement and ROI for each initiative.
• Create dashboards to track event performance and provide actionable insights.
