Job summary

Pasona Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior Medical Affairs professional to lead regional projects and initiatives. You will support operations, onboarding, governance, and scientific communications, coordinating activities like advisory boards and congresses with KOLs.

The role requires strong project management, English communication, and the ability to work in global, multicultural environments. On-site position located at Clarke Quay, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Advanced Life Science degree; PhD or PharmD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional Medical Affairs projects and initiatives as assigned by RMAM/Regional Medical Affairs Director.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new Medical Affairs team members.
• Manage Medical Affairs collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Teams).
• Support Medical Governance and Medical Excellence initiatives.
• Assist with other departmental activities as required.
• Coordinate medical-led activities (advisory boards, meetings, congresses, preceptorships).
• Support evidence generation and scientific communication (study outputs, medical materials).
• Manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support lifecycle strategies.
• Provide scientific/clinical support on product- and disease-related trends and developments.
• Communicate clinical and scientific information to HCPs and stakeholders.
• Review non-promotional medical materials for accuracy/compliance.
• Develop and deliver internal training on products and disease areas.
