Job summary

Dynamic Safety Pte. Ltd. seeks a dedicated Lab Resources Assistant to support science laboratories in a school setting. You will prepare materials for lessons and programmes, label and track equipment, and conduct regular stock checks to ensure availability and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean storerooms, disposing of waste properly, and ensuring all safety devices are functional. Previous lab support or school environment experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 'N' Level or equivalent.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing and able to learn new IT skills.
• Science laboratory management or resource support experience preferred.
• School environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Science laboratory resources and materials for lessons, programmes and competitions
• Label and maintain records of Science materials and laboratory equipment
• Conduct stock-takes and maintain stock and breakage records
• Ensure laboratory equipment and specimens are in good working condition
• Handle proper disposal of waste materials, including chemicals and sharp objects
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of Science laboratories and storerooms
• Ensure students' safety and maintain laboratory incident records
• Replenish laboratory supplies and first-aid box materials
• Check laboratory safety equipment and devices regularly
• Perform filing, equipment cleaning and other ad-hoc duties assigned by the school
