Job summary

Dynamic Safety Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a School Administration Assistant to prepare science teaching materials and experiment kits, and to set up and clear science equipment for lessons.

You will maintain equipment, assist teachers with administrative duties, handle general office tasks and support school events and logistics, contributing to a smooth daily operation of the science department.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 GCE 'O' Level passes, including English
• Good teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
• 1 year of school administration experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic IT skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare Science teaching materials and experiment kits
• Set up and clear Science equipment for lessons
• Maintain Science equipment, resource rooms and stock
• Assist teachers with administrative and logistical duties
• Handle basic filing, photocopying and document management
• Support Science programmes and school events
• Assist with General Office and sick bay duties
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the school
