Job summary

WSH Experts Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated school support assistant to assist in preparing resources for teaching and learning activities, set up science laboratories, and help maintain stock of materials.

You will organize storage, assist in purchasing materials, keep two science rooms and a makerspace tidy, and support teachers as assigned.

Work Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 2:00 pm, in Singapore, on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing resources for teaching & learning activities (e.g. lesson, enrichment, competition, exhibition, recycling campaign, garden trail, etc)
• Set up science laboratory / makerspace before activity and clear up after activity
• Organise the storage of learning materials (e.g. apparatus, equipment, printed resources, perishables, etc)
• Ensure learning materials are well-maintained and well-stocked (includes simple cleaning, drying, stock-taking, etc)
• Assist in purchasing learning materials
• Maintain cleanliness of two science rooms and one makerspace room
• Assist in any other teaching & learning related duties as assigned by Teacher-in-charge, Level Head or Head of Department
