Job summary

IET PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a diligent Lab Cleaner to support science laboratories by maintaining cleanliness, organising equipment, and assisting with routine maintenance and logistics for lessons. You will handle tidying rooms, cleaning apparatus, stocking supplies, and helping with lesson setup, ensuring a safe, orderly environment for daily activities in a school or lab setting.

Preferred candidates have GCE N-Level or equivalent, good English, and proven ability to follow

Qualifications

• GCE N-Level or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Experience in cleaning or maintaining workspace, preferably in lab or school setting.
• Able to follow instructions, work independently and with others.
• Strong organizational skills and time management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of science laboratories and assigned rooms to ensure a safe and orderly environment
• Clean and organise laboratory apparatus, equipment, and materials after use to prepare for subsequent activities
• Provide logistical support for science lessons by arranging equipment and learning materials promptly and accurately
• Monitor laboratory supplies and replenish stock to maintain adequate materials for lessons and experiments
• Assist colleagues with routine laboratory equipment maintenance and daily operational tasks to support smooth lab functioning

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Lunch Break: 1 hour daily
