Job summary

GREENSAFE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a School Science Lab Assistant to support teachers and prepare materials for experiments. You will oversee lab upkeep and help with lesson planning.

Working hours are Mondays to Thursdays 7:30 am–4:30 pm, Fridays 7:30 am–4:00 pm. Strong admin and communication skills are required, with secondary education completed.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Completed secondary education.
• Relevant admin experience preferred (MS Outlook and MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Prepare apparatus and materials for experiments.
• Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, and operations of labs and science rooms.
• Set up experiment materials and equipment.
• Support teachers in lesson preparation.
• Assist with procurement of science equipment and materials.
• Monitor teacher schedules for lab usage.
• Help with school research projects.
• Perform data entry and update storage inventory systems.
• Liaise with vendors/contractors for lab equipment maintenance.
• Invigilate science practical assessments.
• Carry out other duties assigned by supervisor.
