Job summary

Employment Care Consultancy seeks an IT/ICT support assistant to assist in delivering technical instruction and support for teachers and students within a school environment.

The role involves maintaining PA equipment and assisting in PA operations during flag raising, events, and functions, as well as supporting ICT leaders and senior staff with daily tasks.

Qualifications

• ITE or Diploma holder required.
• Proficiency with Windows and Apple computers.
• Experience with video and photo editing software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides IT technical instructional and support for classroom teachers.
• Provides IT training to students.
• Assist in maintenance of PA equipment.
• Assist PA equipment handling for flag raising, school events and functions.
• Assist HOD/ICT and SH/ICT in daily ICT routines, operations and other tasks.
• Assist Principal/Vice-Principals in other tasks assigned.

Working Hours: Office hours 5 days work week

Operations

• Provides IT technical instructional and support for classroom teachers.
• Provides IT training to students.

Public Address (PA)

• To assist in the maintenance of PA equipment.
• To assist in the handling of PA equipment for flag raising, school events and functions.
• To assist PA CCA teacher-in-charge in the conduct of training.

Other duties:

• To assist HOD/ICT and SH/ICT in the daily ICT routines, operations and other tasks assigned.
• To assist Principal/Vice-Principals in other tasks assigned.

Qualification: ITE / Diploma holder

Skills:

• Proficient in using Windows and Apple computers.
• Proficient in word processing software (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Proficient in using video and photo editing software (Moviemaker, iMovie, Final Cut etc).
