Job summary

Dynamic Safety PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a versatile Admin & Learning Support staff to prepare learning materials and resources for lessons, programmes and activities.

You will support school-wide activities, examinations, photo schedules and K1 orientation, and assist with data compilation and distribution of items to classes, contributing to smooth daily operations. You will conduct half-yearly inventory checks for departments and the Gastro Lab, maintain cleanliness and inventory,

Qualifications

• GCE N-Level or equivalent qualification.
• Preferably FSC Level1 certificate with certificate submission before starting work.
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in resource planning and office administration.
• School working experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare learning materials and resources for lessons, programmes and activities.
• Support school-wide activities, examinations, photo-taking schedules and K1 orientation.
• Assist with data compilation and distribution of items to classes.
• Conduct half-yearly inventory checks for departments and the Gastro Lab.
• Support Teacher-Chefs and Programme Coordinators in Gastro activities and lessons.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory in the Gastro Lab.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Admin Manager and School Leaders.
