Job summary

GREENSAFE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a hands-on education support assistant to help prepare learning resources and run science-related activities. You will purchase materials, manage inventory, and ensure two science rooms remain clean and well-stocked.

You will assist with experiments, recycling, gardening projects, rainwater harvesting, and related enrichment activities, while performing general office duties and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level achievement.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Some gardening experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with teachers to prepare resources for lessons and activities; purchase materials if needed
• Oversee and organise inventory to ensure stock is well maintained
• Maintain cleanliness of the two Science rooms
• Conduct regular checks on Science room equipment to ensure working order
• Assist in science activities (experiments, recycling programme, enrichment activities, gardening/vertical garden, rainwater harvesting tank, glass enclosure)
• Assist with other duties as assigned by Teacher-in-charge, Level Head, or HOD
• Perform general admin duties at the General Office (phone calls, counter duties, filing, distribution of materials)
• Perform any other duties as assigned
