Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Educational or Clinical Psychology with completed practicum.
• Registered Psychologist with Singapore Psychological Society or Recognised Psychological Board.
• At least 2 years of experience with special needs children/adults.
• Senior Psychologist position requires 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong teamwork and communication within multidisciplinary settings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate & assess student suitability for enrolment and class placement.
• Use formal and informal psychological assessment tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to set intervention goals.
• Provide transition planning support.
• Formulate and monitor evidence-based intervention plans with a multidisciplinary team.
• Complete therapeutic notes, reports and documentation per guidelines.
• Prioritize and manage caseload.
• Maintain inventory of resources and budget planning.
• Deliver in-house training for stakeholders and collaborate to improve services.
• Develop SOPs and clinical guidelines for organizational practices.
• Provide continual professional development and guidance to peers and interns.
