Job summary

Grace Orchard School in Singapore seeks a qualified Psychologist to provide psychological services within an inter-disciplinary setting for students with MID and ASD, under the Allied Professionals Department. The role involves assessments, interventions, collaboration with staff and parents, case conferences, home visits, and reporting, while adhering to ethical and legal standards.

The successful candidate should hold a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology, be a registered psychologist

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Educational Psychology or related field.
  • Registered Psychologist with Singapore Psychological Society (SPS).
  • Experience in schools (mainstream and/or SPED) and with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological assessments and standardized tests for students.
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions to students and caregivers.
  • Write formal psychological reports and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance services.
  • Assist in training programmes for school staff, parents and caregivers.
  • Maintain and update case documentation and student records.
  • Contribute to the school’s IEP and ITP processes.
