Qualifications

  • Master's or Postgraduate Degree in Educational or Clinical Psychology with eligibility for registration.
  • Full Member of the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS).
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in early intervention, preschool, educational, or paediatric settings; Senior Psychologist: 5–7 years with supervision.

  • Maintain accurate case documentation, progress reports, and programme evaluation records; contribute to research and service improvement initiatives.
  • Support centre-wide inclusive practices through classroom observations, case discussions, educator coaching, parent engagement, and early identification of children who may benefit from intervention services.
  • Senior Psychologist: provide supervision, lead case discussions, develop resources, and drive service improvement.

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psycho-educational assessments, school readiness and developmental evaluations, develop individualised support plans, and provide evidence-based interventions for children with socio-emotional, behavioural, and learning needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, Learning Support Educators (LSEds), and multidisciplinary teams to implement intervention strategies, support inclusive classroom practices, and facilitate successful school transitions where required.
  • Provide consultation, coaching, workshops, and behavioural support to educators and parents, promoting positive behaviour management, emotional regulation, and inclusive learning environments.
  • Maintain accurate case documentation, progress reports, and programme evaluation records while contributing to research, resource development, service improvement initiatives, and adherence to professional and ethical standards.
  • Support centre-wide inclusive practices through classroom observations, case discussions, educator coaching, parent engagement, and early identification of children who may benefit from intervention services.
  • (Senior Psychologist) Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to junior team members, lead case discussions, develop resources and training programmes, and drive service improvement and programme enhancement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Postgraduate Degree in Educational or Clinical Psychology, with eligibility for registration, licensing, or practising certification through a recognised professional body.
  • Full Member of the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS).
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in early intervention, preschool, educational, or paediatric settings. Senior Psychologist: 5–7 years of relevant experience with at least 1 year of supervision experience.
  • Strong knowledge of child development, school-based behavioural interventions, socio-emotional development, family-centred practices, and inclusive education.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, case management, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Passionate about supporting children with diverse developmental needs. Experience in programme development, training delivery, research, programme evaluation, or transdisciplinary collaboration will be an advantage.
