Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated mentor to support Higher Needs Students (HNS). You will run resilience sessions, lead wellbeing activities, and help co-create practical Lifeskills resources for our in-house programme.

Responsibilities include chaperoning after-school journeys, monitoring homework care, and conducting home visits with the Student Welfare Officer to engage families.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Working Hours: Mon-Wed: 7:30am-5:00pm ; Thu-Fri: 7:30am-12:00pm

Key Roles

• Serve as mentor to Higher Needs Students (HNS), providing guidance and support

• Conduct targeted engagement sessions on resilience, growth mindset, and positive attitudes

• Lead simple, age-appropriate physical exercises for student well-being

• Co-create practical learning resources for the in-house Lifeskills Programme (e.g., flashcards, activity kits, visual aids, gamified tools, financial literacy materials)

• Serve as teacher chaperone for after-school learning journeys (no admin duties required)

• Monitor and support students during homework care sessions

• Conduct home visits with the Student Welfare Officer to engage parents/guardians

Requirements

• At least 2 years' relevant experience

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
