Zusammenfassung

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd seeks a dedicated mentor to provide one-on-one support to higher needs students, fostering personal growth and learning resilience. The role includes informal sessions to develop grit and a growth mindset, plus leading simple physical activities.

You will accompany students on after-school learning journeys (no admin duties), oversee homework and on-task behaviour, and assist with school-led home visits to engage parents and guardians.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years experience working with children/youth or in counselling/social support.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience planning or leading mentoring, educational or physical activities is an advantage.

Duration/ Working hours

12 months contract (Feb 26 to Jan 27)

• Mondays to Wednesday, from 7.30am to 5.00pm (lunch break from 12.00pm to 1.00pm)


• Thursdays to Fridays, from 7.30am to 12.00pm


• Weekly Working Hours: 37.5 hours

Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays, gazetted public holidays and school holidays
