Job summary

ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD is seeking an Operations Support Officer (School) to provide hands‑on operational and facilities support at a secondary school in Singapore. Duties include cleaning classrooms, setting up venues for events, moving furniture, conducting basic facilities checks, and assisting with facilities management.

The role requires English communication, and candidates with 1 year of school-based operational experience are preferred.

Qualifications

PSLE qualification preferred.
Able to understand and converse in English.
Preferably 1 year of operational experience in a school.
Hands-on role involving cleaning, logistics and facilities support.
Comfortable moving around a four-storey school without lift access.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of classrooms, staff rooms, common areas and offices.
Set up and clear venues for school events, activities and meetings.
Move and arrange furniture, equipment and stored items.
Conduct basic facilities checks and report faults.
Assist with basic facilities management and maintenance.
Lock/unlock classrooms, offices, gates, windows and shutters.
Support school opening/closing and security‑related duties.
Escort contractors, vendors and pest control personnel when required.
Support general cleaning of science laboratories and equipment.
Perform other operational duties assigned by the school.
