Job summary

WSH Experts Pte Ltd is seeking a Facilities Support staff in Singapore to maintain cleanliness across classrooms, staff rooms, and common areas, while assisting with event logistics and general facilities tasks.

The role involves security duties, daily area checks, and training on fire alarm and electrical systems. You will support school leaders and managers with routine operations and after-hours duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and upkeep the cleanliness of classrooms, special rooms, staff rooms, school common areas and General Office.
• Support school to provide logistic support for all school events, special events, daily activities and meetings including setting up and clearing up of venue, moving and arranging furniture, equipment and stored items.
• Responsible for the security of classrooms, offices and common areas by locking and unlocking doors, windows and shutters.
• Assist the Operations Manager in basic facilities management and maintenance; conduct regular checks on facilities, escort vendors/contractors, Pest Controllers and report faults to the Operation Manager.
• Daily checking of areas under charge to ensure they are well maintained.
• Arm and disarm the school's security system.
• Carry out after-school closing duties, including locking all gates and roller shutters and ensuring lights, fans, and air-conditioning are switched off and doors are locked.
• Familiarize with school's fire alarm system and reset it when required; in-house training will be provided.
• Familiarize with school's electrical systems and restore electricity supply by resetting circuit breakers; in-house training provided.
• Support science laboratory with general cleaning of labs and cleaning of apparatus, equipment and simple preparation of materials as required.
• Any other duties assigned by School Leaders, Operational Managers and Admin Managers.
