WSH EXPERTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Facilities and Operations Coordinator to oversee maintenance of school facilities, classrooms, offices, labs, and common areas, ensuring safety and compliance.

You will conduct inspections, track defects, supervise cleaning and pest control, coordinate emergency drills, and perform ad-hoc tasks for OM/AM and School Leaders. Strong organization and contractor coordination are essential.

Qualifications

Experience in maintaining school or institutional facilities.
Ability to coordinate multiple contractors and service providers.
Strong attention to safety, hygiene and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor maintenance of school buildings, classrooms, offices, laboratories, sports facilities, and common areas.
Conduct regular inspections to identify defects and follow up on rectification works.
Maintain emergency preparedness exercises inventory and schedules.
Supervise cleaning contractors to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are achieved.
Monitor pest control, waste management, landscaping and environmental services.
Conduct regular inspections and address operational feedback.
Perform minor ad-hoc repair works within school premises as required.
Provide security control at the school foyer during school days and events.
Perform ad-hoc operational duties as assigned by OM/AM and School Leaders.
