Job summary

EDUCARE HUMAN CAPITAL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a School Operations Support Assistant (North-East) to assist the Operations Manager with daily classroom and resource room duties. The role involves facility checks, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring clean and safe learning spaces.

You will support logistics for school events and may perform traffic warden duties as needed. Training will be provided, and no prior experience is required.

Qualifications

• Understand basic spoken and written English to follow work instructions and report issues.
• Able to carry out physical duties such as opening/closing classrooms and assisting with logistics.
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Open and close classrooms and learning resource rooms as directed.
• Inspect teaching facilities and toilets to ensure good condition.
• Check and report faulty equipment or facilities needing repair.
• Accompany contractors during inspections and maintenance works.
• Monitor and provide feedback on cleaning and maintenance quality.
• Assist with logistics for school events and functions.
• Perform traffic warden duties when required.
