Job summary

WSH Experts Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Operations Support Officer to assist with the general upkeep of equipment and the workplace. You will help coordinate logistics for school events, including arranging furniture and equipment, and support daily operations on site.

Additionally, you will perform gate duties and traffic control to ensure the safe movement of students entering and leaving the school premises, and carry out any other duties assigned by supervisors.

Responsibilities

• To provide support in general upkeep of equipment and workplace.
• To provide logistical support for school events and functions including arranging of furniture and equipment.
• To perform gate duties and traffic control to ensure safety of students moving in and out of the school premises.
• To perform any duties assigned by the supervisors.
