Job summary

GAIN EMPLOYMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking personnel to support a school’s administrative and operations duties under a fixed-term contract. The role includes opening and closing gates, ensuring student safety during early mornings and after school, and maintaining equipment and workspace cleanliness.

The incumbent will assist with transporting and arranging furniture for events and perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Principal, Vice-Principals, or Operations Managers.

Qualifications

• Complete primary school education is required.
• Physically fit to perform duties.
• Able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Open/close gates and safeguard students during early mornings and after school.
• Maintain general cleanliness of equipment and workplace.
• Provide logistical support for school events, including transporting and arranging furniture and equipment.
• Support other administrative/operational duties as assigned by the Principal or Operations Managers.
