Qualifications

• Significant training or experience in information and documentation.
• Proficiency in French is required and English is desired.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities are essential.
• Adaptability to the needs of students from 6th to 12th grade (ages roughly 11–18).
• Familiarity with library management practices and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist the teacher in daily tasks and supervise students in the 3C (Knowledge and Culture Centre).
• Manage and organize documents, loans, and renewals; send reminder letters to families.
• Support welcoming and advising users (students, teachers, adults) in the 3C.
• Ensure the space and equipment are respected; manage space bookings as needed.
• Contribute to research assistance, cultural activities, and student projects in the 3C.
