Responsibilities

• Support daily library operations including checking in/out, reservations and loan tracking of materials.
• Maintain and catalogue resources, shelving, stock-taking and processing of new arrivals.
• Oversee the library space to keep it clean, welcoming and conducive for reading and learning.
• Serve as primary contact for library-related enquiries from students and staff.
• Engage students and promote reading through literacy initiatives, book displays, exhibitions and campaigns.
• Coordinate communications and develop promotional materials using digital platforms such as Canva.
