SUNNYHILL ACE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated NFS Food Laboratory Assistant for daily school term operations, including kitchen upkeep, inventory, and safe food handling.

The role requires WSQ FSC Level 1 certification, a GCE N-Level or equivalent, and strong English communication. Proficiency with Word/Excel and email for log sheets is essential. You will support teachers and the Operations team in both term-time and holiday cleaning projects.

Competenze

• Experience as an NFS Food Laboratory Assistant in a local secondary school.
• WSQ FSC Level 1 Food Safety Certification.
• GCE N-Level certificate or equivalent qualification.

Mansioni

• Maintain kitchens, workrooms, equipment and floors daily during school terms.
• Organise daily incoming food deliveries and ensure stock accuracy.
• Apply FIFO to store ingredients and assist teachers during lessons.
• Perform deep cleaning and stocktaking during school holidays.
• Support Operations Manager and OSO in non-lab duties.
