Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an ICT Aide to support AV operations for school events and daily ICT training. The role involves hands-on AV maintenance, multimedia production for the school website, and weekly Infocomm club training.

Candidates should have a Diploma in IT/Multimedia, at least 2 years in ICT training or related work, and proficiency with iOS devices, Google Suite, and video editing tools. MOE instructor registration is required as of ITQ closing date.

Qualifications

Must hold a Diploma in IT/Multimedia or equivalent.
At least 2 years’ experience as ICT Trainer or in a related field.
Minimum 2 years in phototaking, video recording and multimedia production with video editing software.
Proficient with iOS platform, iPad usage, Microsoft Office and Google Suite; familiarity with AI tools and website creation.

Responsibilities

Provide AV support for school operations and events.
Support staff to maintain AV resources and inventory.
Take photos and videos of school events and create multimedia production for the school website.
Conduct Infocomm club CCA weekly training.
Provide ad-hoc training for staff and students in teaching software, multimedia and AV support.
Ad-hoc duties assigned by HOD/ICT and School Leaders.
