Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an ICT Executive to own AV operations across educational institutions, from PA systems to large school events. You will manage equipment, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with vendors and support assemblies, ceremonies, concerts, and lessons.

You will train student AV teams, handle AV set-up requests, maintain inventory, and assist in procurement and content for TV broadcast systems. Strong coordination with staff and vendors is essential.

Responsibilities

• Train student AV team members to manage PA systems and equipment during assemblies and events
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain PA systems; elevate unresolved issues to vendors and coordinate on-site repairs
• Manage AV equipment during all school events and handle AV set-up requests
• Maintain inventory and loan records of AV and media-related equipment
• Respond to AV/media technical support requests from staff during lessons
• Advise on AV and media-related needs and work with vendors to propose solutions
• Assist in the purchase, tendering, and condemnation of AV and media equipment in line with procurement guidelines
• Manage and monitor AV equipment in classrooms and special rooms on a termly basis
• Provide AV support for school events and activities, including major ceremonies, concerts, and assemblies
• Support end-of-year oral presentation examinations, including video recording
• Maintain and upload content for the school's TV broadcast system and TV wall
• Train AV club students on the use of AV and media equipment and event operations
• Conduct selection trials for AV club members
• Provide photography, video recording, and editing services for school events and ad-hoc requests
• Create video and photo montages to support school events

About the Role

We're looking for an ICT Executive to take ownership of audio-visual operations across educational institution - from PA systems and classroom AV to large-scale school events.

You'll manage equipment, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with vendors, and support everything from weekly assemblies to major events like concerts and graduation ceremonies.

What You Will Do

PA Systems

• Train student AV team members to manage PA systems and equipment during assemblies and events
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain PA systems; elevate unresolved issues to vendors and coordinate on-site repairs

Audio-Visual Resources & Equipment

• Manage AV equipment during all school events and handle AV set-up requests
• Maintain inventory and loan records of AV and media-related equipment
