Job summary

ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD is seeking an ICT Support Assistant to help manage day-to-day ICT resources and digital communications in a dynamic school environment. The role includes coordinating device loans, inventories, and AV support for events.

You will assist with website updates, e-broadcasts, and media coverage, requiring strong organization and attention to detail, plus the ability to work with school staff and vendors to ensure smooth ICT operations.

Qualifications

• Min Higher Nitec & above.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace & Gmail.
• Able to take photographs & videos using DSLR camera.
• Basic knowledge of audio mixing consoles, wireless microphone setups & HDMI projection systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage booking, loan, and tracking of ICT devices and resources.
• Coordinate with vendors on device updates, installations, and routine maintenance.
• Upload and publish school announcements, newsletters, circulars, and photo galleries on the school website.
• Manage e-broadcast communications and ensure timely information dissemination.
• Provide photography and videography coverage for school events, including basic editing and archiving of media files.
• Maintain accurate ICT asset inventories and conduct regular stock checks.
• Assist with setup and operation of audio-visual equipment for school events and presentations.
• Assist the ICT Manager with administrative and operational ICT duties as assigned.
