Job summary

ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD is seeking an ICT & AV Executive to provide day-to-day ICT and audiovisual support within a secondary school environment. The role combines ICT device support, basic troubleshooting, AV operations, and staff and student training.

You will assist with equipment installation and maintenance, support school events, coordinate with Desktop Engineers, and help manage AV and ICT resources across the campus.

Qualifications

• Preferably a Diploma in IT or a related field.
• Familiar with the operation and maintenance of ICT and AV equipment and applications, preferably within a school environment.
• Preferably 3 years of coaching experience in ICT-related programmes.
• Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a good level of initiative.

Responsibilities

• ICT Support: Manage school-owned and student-owned ICT devices, assist with installation, troubleshooting, and device restoration; support staff and students with technical issues; liaison with Desktop Engineers; assist with ICT equipment procurement; assist with account management and password resets; update the school's website.
