Job summary

MigrantLink Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Discipline Admin Officer for its West School to support discipline policies, maintain records, and assist with follow-ups on students undergoing disciplinary consequences. The role emphasizes confidentiality and safeguarding compliance.

You will collaborate with Year Heads, HODs, and external agencies, conduct basic interviews, log offences, and coordinate with service centres as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in classroom management and discipline-related administration or processes.

Responsibilities

• Support discipline policies, guidelines, and standards by assisting the Student Management Committee in follow-ups with students undergoing disciplinary consequences.
• Maintain and organize internal discipline records with timely online data entry and highlight pending cases to the Head of Student Management.
• Ensure confidentiality of discipline records in compliance with safeguarding requirements.
