Job summary

GovTech in Singapore seeks a dynamic Planning & Strategy professional to build a strong talent pipeline by developing cutting-edge strategies and engaging with key players. You will forecast trends, integrate policy interventions across training and manpower, and enable evidence-based policymaking through strategic data insights.

You will communicate GovTech's position on tech talent matters through diverse channels and coordinate resources while shaping the cluster's workplan and performance

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in Planning or Strategy work.
• Ability to prepare analyses, assessments and presentations clearly.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to work independently and in teams.
• Experience in public sector or tech industry policy and manpower planning is advantageous.
• Experience in tabling proposals and communicating with senior stakeholders is advantageous.

Requirements

• 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in Planning or Strategy work
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to prepare analysis, assessments and presentations in a clear and concise manner
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to work independently as well as in a team/cross-team setting
• Experience in a public sector organisation or the tech industry in industry development and manpower policy & planning would be advantageous
• Experience in tabling proposals and communicating with senior stakeholders (e.g. senior management, Political Office Holders) would be advantageous
