Job summary

Google LLC in Singapore is seeking a Scaled Abuse Escalations Program Manager within YouTube Trust & Safety. You will own policy reviews, triage escalations, and coordinate with partner teams to resolve high-priority issues, including on-call rotations that may cover weekends.

You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to deepen knowledge of adversarial abuse policies and improve processes while maintaining a focus on user safety across Google products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in data analytics, Trust & Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.
• Willingness to work non-standard hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the policy review of escalations across the suite of adversarial abuse policies, ensuring triage, tracking, investigation, and accurate communication.
• Drive consensus and resolution of escalations across stakeholders in close coordination with partner teams.
• Develop deep knowledge across adversarial abuse policies to enable faster, more efficient resolution.
• Support ongoing process and tool improvements through ideation or as a team representative in broader groups.
• This role may involve exposure to graphic content during escalations and participation in an on-call rotation including weekends/holidays.
