Qualifications

• 8–12 years of progressive finance and accounting experience in high-growth environments.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Hands-on operator with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance operations including reporting and compliance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
• Build and manage a high-performing finance team.

Skills

Strong controllership and accounting foundation

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage external auditors

Strong financial reporting experience

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred
