Job summary

kin career seeks an experienced finance leader to manage the company’s financial operations in Singapore. You will work with the Head of Finance to drive strategic planning, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver timely, accurate reporting.

The role covers budgeting, cash flow management, internal controls, and cross-functional collaboration across Malaysia, Singapore & Vietnam, with a focus on mergers and financial due diligence when opportunities arise.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA) preferred.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accuracy of general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Produce management reporting, variance analysis, and actionable insights.
• Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.
• Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Monitor cash flow, manage treasury, and optimize working capital.
• Coordinate audits with external auditors and implement recommendations.
• Oversee accounting software and automate reporting processes.
• Support cross-functional teams with financial insights and decision-making.
