IntelliPro is seeking an experienced Finance Leader to head the finance team in Singapore. You will drive month-end close, statutory reporting, and robust financial controls, partnering with senior management.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, about 8 years in heavy industry, and proven leadership. SAPexperience is essential, with hands-on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Around 8 years of relevant finance experience in heavy industrial sector.
• Experience in leading and managing a finance team.
• Proficiency with SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring strong performance and development.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, and management accounts.
• Manage GST reporting, tax compliance, and other statutory filings.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Provide financial insights to support business strategy and decision-making.
• Strengthen internal controls and improve finance processes and efficiency.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders.
