Job summary

Aspire is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead the finance controllership across Singapore and regional entities. You will manage financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and audits in a fast-growing fintech ecosystem.

Qualifications

Experience managing Finance and Accounting teams in a growing business.
Experience driving finance automation initiatives using AI/analytics to improve efficiency.
Strong strategic thinking with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the legal entities.
Ensure IFRS/local GAAP compliance and regulatory reporting for Singapore entities.
Supervise outsourced accounting team including payroll and taxation.
Coordinate statutory/regulatory audits with a Big 4 firm; end-to-end coordination.
Own end-to-end regulatory submissions for licensed entities; accuracy and timeliness.
Oversee cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and client fund reporting with partner banks.
Review product flows from a finance perspective, focusing on invoicing and revenue recognition.
Present financial reports to executives, board members, investors, and stakeholders.
Co-develop and execute the regional finance strategy with regional leadership.
Coordinate with Treasury, Strategy & Planning, and Data teams to align data needs.
