in Singapore is seeking a Scaffolding Manager to lead scaffolding operations across construction, industrial, and shutdown projects, ensuring compliance with MOM WSH requirements and delivering safe, high-quality scaffold solutions. You will supervise scaffold teams, plan activities from erection to dismantling, perform risk assessments, and coordinate with clients and main contractors on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of scaffolding experience, with supervisory or managerial exposure.
• Strong knowledge of MOM WSH Scaffolds Regulations (Singapore).
• Familiar with scaffold systems (tube & fitting, system scaffold, suspended scaffold).
• WSQ certification in scaffolding / Work-at-Height preferred.
• Strong leadership and site coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all scaffolding works in accordance with WSH Regulations (Singapore).
• Plan, coordinate and manage scaffolding activities from erection to dismantling.
• Ensure scaffolding works are safe, properly tagged, and inspected before use and at required intervals.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and site inspections regularly.
• Coordinate with clients, main contractors, and project teams on site requirements.
• Ensure proper training, competency, and certification of all scaffold personnel.
