CAREER CONNEX PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a senior Product Strategy leader to own the roadmap for Satellite Communications products and drive business performance. The role requires aligning with priorities, customer needs and technology trends while delivering annual revenue, orders, and margin targets.

You will build compelling business cases, monitor performance, and steer go‑to‑market plans, partnerships and channel strategies to accelerate adoption and profitability across markets.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Satellite Communications products, aligned with business priorities, customer needs and technology trends.
• Deliver yearly financial targets for the assigned product portfolio, including orders, revenue, gross margin and related commercial goals.
• Develop clear business cases, including revenue, cost, margin and profitability assumptions to support investment decisions.
• Track business performance regularly and take corrective actions to close gaps against targets.
• Identify priority customer segments, use cases and markets with the strongest growth potential.
• Assess market size, customer buying drivers, competitive positioning and product fit.
• Convert market and customer insights into product priorities, pricing inputs and investment recommendations.
• Define differentiated value propositions and selling points that support customer adoption and market competitiveness.
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans covering priority markets, customer segments, sales channels, launch approach and success measures.
• Build partnerships that improve market access, strengthen credibility and accelerate customer adoption.
• Define channel strategies using distributors, resellers, system integrators and other strategic partners where appropriate.
• Support lead generation, early adopter engagement and conversion of opportunities into qualified pipeline.
• Work with engineering and operations to deliver products that meet customer, technical, commercial and quality requirements.
• Assess technology readiness, product maturity, delivery risks and R&D investment needs.
• Evaluate engineering, manufacturing, integration and support requirements to ensure products are scalable and deployable.
• Track relevant Satcom technologies, including 5GNTN and 3GPP developments, and assess their impact on product roadmap and differentiation.
• Identify regulatory, operational, technical, supply chain and customer adoption risks that may affect product success.
• Assess competitive threats from incumbents, new entrants, substitute technologies and changing customer requirements.
• Update forecasts, assumptions and mitigation plans to protect revenue, margin and profitability outcomes.
