Job summary

Satair Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring for a Warehouse Picker/packer role within the Logistics team. You will pick and pack items according to priority, preparing parts for shipment and keeping accurate stock locations in the ERP system.

The role requires Nitec certification with 2 years relevant experience, forklift license is preferred, and willingness to work varied shifts. You will contribute to maintaining safety, quality and efficient operations in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec with 2 years relevant experience.
• Willing to work in different shift patterns.
• Basic Microsoft Office / Google Suite skills.
• Preferably with forklift license or experience with driving forklift/reach truck.
• Candidates with aviation knowledge and ERP system experience have added advantage.
• Ideal candidate should be service minded, able to multi-task, thorough & tidy, and able to cooperate in a team.
• Basic IT literacy and numeracy skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to speak up and provide constructive feedback.
• Ability to prioritise work and have a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all documented Company Quality System procedures when carrying out operational duties.
• Conduct picking of orders in the correct priority sequence.
• Ensure all picking is confirmed in the system and paste the label on the parts correctly.
• Ensure all pick and pack system transactions are performed correctly.
• Ensure all documents printed are in order by sorting them before packing/box closure.
• Put stock away in the correct location after picking and/or packing.
• Comply to packing regulation for all Dangerous goods.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment is maintained at all times.
• Endeavour to improve quality of work wherever possible.
• Inform the Manager/Team Leader of any process errors or system issues in a timely manner.
• Assist the Warehouse Management with any reasonable adhoc request.
• To operate cross functionally across the Warehouse functions.
• To assist Receiving and other warehouse activities.
• Carry out stock checks when requested
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Job Objectives

Job Requirements
