Job summary

Satair Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Picker to support pick and pack operations within the warehouse. You will follow the priority order, maintain accurate locations, and ensure proper labeling and documentation throughout packing and shipping processes.

The role requires at least a Nitec with 2 years of related experience, flexibility for shifts, and basic IT skills. Forklift experience and aviation ERP exposure are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum Nitec with 2 years relevant experience.
• Willing to work in different shift patterns.
• Basic IT, literacy and numeracy skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Suite.
• Experience with ERP systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all documented Quality System procedures in daily duties.
• Conduct order picking in correct priority sequence.
• Confirm picking in the system and attach correct labels.
• Ensure all packing/transactions are correctly logged.
• Sort and prepare documents before packing/boxing.
• Stock items to correct locations after picking/packing.
• Comply with packaging regulations for Dangerous goods.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment at all times.
• Inform Manager/Team Leader of process errors or system issues promptly.
• Assist warehouse management with adhoc requests and cross-functional tasks.
• Support Receiving and other warehouse activities as needed.
• Carry out stock checks when requested.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Objectives

To pick and pack goods in order of priority and maintain location of parts in the Warehouse in accordance with Satair Operating Procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Adhere to all documented Company Quality System procedures when carrying out operational duties.
• Conduct picking of orders in the correct priority sequence.
• Ensure all picking is confirmed in the system and paste the label on the parts correctly.
• Ensure all pick and pack system transactions are performed correctly.
• Ensure all documents printed are in order by sorting them before packing/box closure.
• Put stock away in the correct location after picking and/or packing.
• Comply to packing regulation for all Dangerous goods.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment is maintained at all times.
• Endeavour to improve quality of work wherever possible.
• Inform the Manager/Team Leader of any process errors or system issues in a timely manner.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Management with any reasonable adhoc request.
• To operate cross functionally across the Warehouse functions.
• To assist Receiving and other warehouse activities.
• Carry out stock checks when requested
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Job Requirements

• Minimum Nitec with 2 years relevant experience. Candidates without experience are welcome to apply as well.
• Willing to work in different shift patterns.
• Basic Microsoft office / Google Suite skills.
• Preferably with forklift license or experienced in driving forklift or reach truck.
• Candidates with relevant aviation knowledge and hands on experience in Enterprise Resource Planning system will have an added advantage.
• The ideal candidate should be service minded, able to multi-task, thorough & tidy, and able to cooperate in a team.
• Basic IT, literacy and numeracy skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to speak up and provide constructive feedback
• Ability to prioritise work and have a sense of urgency
• Able to work in a large team and be consistent in productivity and quality of work
